We make our Honey Infused with Lemon and Ginger in small batches and use choice grade wild blossom badger friendly honey.

HOW TO USE

• Ideal for use in glazes, sauces, dips, dressings, and marinades.
• Store in a cool dry place.
• Do not refrigerate as honey will crystallise. This is a natural process and if it does occur, place the honey container carefully in hot water.
