Fleur de sel means flower of salt. These salt crystals are hand harvested and gently raked off the salt pans where only the top layer is used, creating a moister than normal salt.

• Use as a finishing salt and to boost the flavour of eggs, fish, meat, vgeetables, chocolate and caramel.
