Our Italian Rub is a blend of tomatoes, capers, basil and oregano. It is  delicious stirred through bolognaise and tomato based pasta sauces or rubbed into beef, lamb and chicken. Alternatively you can sprinkle it over Mediterranean vegetables before roasting.
